The British GT season may be over but there is still a lot of work to do for the Scuderia Ecosse team. As well as planning for 2006 the team has one more LMES race to complete and some exciting commitments with a couple of very special single-seaters.

Kirkaldy Nominated for Prestigious Award
Andrew Kirkaldy is already part of an elite group of drivers who have won the coveted McLaren Autosport BRDC Young Drivers Award. The honour is presented annually to the driver who has shown the most exceptional talent.

This year Andrew has been nominated for another prestigious Autosport award: British Club Driver of the Year. This award is voted for by the public so make sure you buy a copy of Autosport and vote for Andrew!! The winner will be announced at the Autosport Awards in London on 4 December.

Team taking part in Ferrari World Finals
The Scuderia Ecosse team is currently in Mugello, Italy, on F1 Clienti duty. The team took the Championship-winning Ferrari 360 GTC out to the World Finals but only for display as Stewart Roden and his team are running something a bit different this weekend: two beautiful F1 cars! More news on this next week…

One more race to go
The LMES season is a tough competition for all the teams. The final round of the 2005 Series takes place in three weeks time in Istanbul, Turkey. The title has already been decided so Nathan Kinch and Andrew Kirkaldy will be gunning for the runner-up spot which would be a remarkable achievement for LMES rookies.
