BUILDING ON SUCCESS....

As the 2008 FIA GT Championship fast approaches, everyone at Scuderia Ecosse is looking forward with eager anticipation, to the season ahead.

Since the final race in Belgium last October I have been greatly encouraged with the progress that has been made behind the scenes, in all areas of our business. We are currently putting the final touches to our plans for the new season and will shortly be announcing full details to the press and to the public.

Looking forward, I am confident that with the skills and experience of the drivers we now have in place along with the enthusiastic backing and support of a prestigious line-up of new technical, commercial and media partners that this year’s team will be more than capable of building upon the very high standards that we set in 2007. Thereby continuing the tremendous success that Scuderia Ecosse has achieved over the last five years.

We will be very busy between now and the season opener at Silverstone in April with tyre development testing, media launches, preparing our cars and fitting out our new state-of-the-art race transporter.

I am privileged to be invited to Maranello this weekend for the annual Ferrari Prize-giving ceremony – which is attended by some of the biggest names in Ferrari Motorsport.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your interest in Scuderia Ecosse and hope that we can count on your support throughout what promises to be a memorable season.
